Daniel Island Real Estate is the exclusive residential real estate office on Daniel Island, representing the sale of all new homes and homesites and the island’s largest inventory of resale properties.
Daniel Island Club
The Daniel Island Club is Daniel Island’s private-membership golf and country club, featuring two nationally-ranked golf courses and an exclusive range of amenities including an expansive clubhouse, swim, tennis and fitness facilities and a golf learning center.
Daniel Island Property Owners Association
The Daniel Island Property Owners Association enforces the rules and regulations put in place by Daniel Island’s Covenants and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of common island property.

Our Partners:
The primary institutional investor behind The Daniel Island Company is Crow Holdings, the group of international, diversified investment companies that owns and directs the investments of the Trammell Crow family and its investment partners. Crow Holdings is an active investor in industrial, office, retail, mart, land, hotel and residential real estate businesses in the United States, Europe and South America.
Other Daniel Island Company investment partners include Greystar Capital Partners and J. Ronald Terwilliger (the national managing partner of Trammell Crow Residential).
Community Support:
It is our belief that philanthropic support is an important component of community building. Our company supports a wide range of organizations that provide youth development, housing, environmental and cultural programs within the communities that we help to create. Additionally, we established a mission of giving for Daniel Island’s Community Fund (DICF), a private 501 (c) 4 organization that is funded by a Community Enhancement Fee on all island resale transactions. With a resident-led board, the DICF provides financial support for island fundraising initiatives and is helping to establish a philanthropic legacy for generations to come on Daniel Island.
