2012 has been a busy year for Daniel Island Real Estate. With just a couple weeks remaining, the company’s sales of resale homes are up 61% compared to last year at this time. New home sales are up 45% and homesite sales are up 35%. The island’s diminished inventory of available resale single-family homes reflects this demand: While there are some wonderful properties on the market, they’re selling quickly and our supply is smaller than it’s been in years.
